Role Overview
Attega Group is partnering exclusively with our client to recruit a Technical Support to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to be primarily office-based, with occasional on-site attendance required, providing technical support to our scheduling team, reviewing and signing off PPM reports, liaising with engineers, clients, internal teams, and ensuring health and safety compliance across all works.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £45,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus annual leave, pension, work events including gold days, family days and Christmas events.

Reporting
The role reports to the hiring manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to on-site drainage queries raised by PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) crews.
* Review, finalise, and sign off PPM reports prior to client submission.
* Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers and clients regarding drainage-related queries.
* Support the PPM Delivery team with drainage queries and the arrangement of specialist drainage equipment (e.g. confined space equipment) for more complex works.
* Support with waste streams/planning and compliance.
Candidate Profile
* Greater than 5 years' experience in drainage and wastewater service delivery, with strong competence in working with operational teams.
* Prior experience of working in a similar environment.
* Fully conversant with reactive drainage, remedial, and maintenance techniques and applications.
* Knowledge of both external below-ground drainage systems and internal drainage systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges associated with projects and recurring maintenance works.
* Understanding and experience of working in a direct customer-focused environment.
* Proficient IT skills across Microsoft Office applications and job/field management tools.
