Our clients based at Wakefield require an experienced customer service executive.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, you will offer our customers the highest levels of customer service at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Answer all queries related to online orders via phone, email, and Live Chat, including issues related to deliveries, products, quality, advice, and payments.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints.
* Liaise with couriers regarding deliveries.
* Ensure internal systems are updated with relevant information.
* Process some orders over the phone.
* Follow up on soft leads to ensure customers receive their samples.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in Telephone-Based Customer Service is essential.
* Experience handling phone calls and replying to emails is highly desirable.
* Excellent organizational skills are required.
* Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively.
* Energetic, ambitious, with a good work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
* Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00 or 08:00 - 16:00.
Salary
£15,000.
