Sub Agent / Construction Manager – Heathrow Airport Location: Heathrow Airport, London Employer: Main Contractor Project Type: Major Infrastructure / Airport Works We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent / Construction Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering works at Heathrow Airport. This is a high-profile, safety-critical environment offering long-term opportunities on complex infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials Ensure compliance with Heathrow Airport, client, and company health & safety standards Assist with programme planning, progress reporting, and short-term look-ahead schedules Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers, and commercial team Oversee quality control, permits, RAMS, and site documentation Drive productivity while maintaining strict airside and security procedures Requirements Proven experience as a Sub Agent or Construction Manager with a main contractor Strong background in civil engineering / infrastructure projects Previous experience working at Heathrow Airport or within a live airport environment (highly desirable) SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid Sound knowledge of health & safety and permit-to-work systems Excellent communication and leadership skills Right to work in the UK (must be able to pass Heathrow security clearance)
