Job Description
3. Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
4. Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
5. Purchase Ledger and general invoicing queries
6. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
7. Bank Reconciliations
8. Reconciling supplier accounts
9. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial queries.
10. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
11. Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and efficiencies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
12. Previous experience in an accounts role
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. The ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
17. Drive and ambition to further your career
