About the Team
The FP&A Team is responsible for delivering all group-wide planning and reporting requirements and supporting the CFO in achieving TalkTalk Group's performance targets.
About the Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering key processes. The role includes:
* Establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls related to financial reporting
* Preparing accurate financial reports for Board, ELT, and investors
* Maintaining accounting and financial records and reports
* Ensuring systems and models are accurate and reflect correct outputs
* Ensuring compliance with government regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies
* Operating financial reporting and consolidation models
* Leading KPI and cash reporting and analysis
* Challenging stakeholders on financials and narratives for accuracy and thoroughness
* Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses for key focus areas
About You
* You are a qualified finance professional with experience in financial planning and forecasting
* You have stakeholder management experience up to board and EXCO level
* You possess strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
* You are a good communicator and collaborator
* You are highly organized
