A dynamic, private equity backed company is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support continued growth and transformation. This is a commercially focused role, working closely with operational teams to drive performance, deliver insights, and influence strategic decisions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance through collaboration, insight, and continuous improvement, acting as a trusted advisor across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and improve profitability
* Deliver accurate and insightful monthly reporting for assigned sites
* Lead budgeting and forecasting for business areas
* Drive efficiency across finance processes and reporting
* Own the P&L and support planning through balance sheet understanding
* Share best practices across the finance business partnering team
Skills & Experience:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with commercial finance experience
* Strong Excel skills; NetSuite and Power BI experience is a plus
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance teams
* Proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach
