My global client, operating multiple business lines, is hiring a Group People Technology Manager to own its people technology strategy and HR systems landscape. This high-impact role sits at the heart of the People function, driving digital transformation, employee experience and HR data insights.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & DeliveryLead the development and execution of a global people technology roadmap.Act as the technical expert across all HR systems, supporting escalations and representing technology needs in planning forums.User Experience & Process ImprovementDrive system integration and automation to improve employee experience and data flow.Lead enhancements and tooling initiatives to support global process execution.Champion the adoption of new platforms and technologies.Data Governance & ComplianceEstablish governance standards and ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.Support training and change management initiatives across the People Function.Operational Systems ManagementOversee bespoke and legacy systems in operational environments.Manage Time & Attendance systems and ensure integration with payroll.AI & AutomationLead the implementation of AI-driven HR solutions to enhance efficiency and experience.Identify and automate key HR processes, ensuring scalability and compliance.Essential Experience5–7 years in HR systems (3+ years with SuccessFactors).Proven HR digital transformation and data management.Experience in a large-scale, preferably multinational organisation.Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms/Copilot highly desirable.Strong stakeholder skills and agile, customer-focused mindset.If this matches your expertise, apply now – I'll follow up with shortlisted candidates.
