Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Finance Manager on behalf of a leading hotel group in the Greater London area (near Waltham Cross).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong hotel finance background looking to step into a key support role within a fast-paced and professional environment.
As a Finance Manager, you will support the hotel’s day-to-day finance function and be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate financial processes and providing essential support in reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, and credit control
• Prepare journals, reconciliations, and assist with management reporting
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes
• Handle income audit, banking, and cash processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance
Requirements
• Hotel or hospitality finance experience essential (minimum 3 years)
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/PMS systems
• High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to learning
