As a Designate Store Manager, you'll be a key player in our leadership team, covering all 4of our current stores in Essex. You'll lead from the front, support store operations during annual leave or as needed, and drive performance across multiple sites, with a primary base location in our new Colchester outlet.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support high-performing teams alongside an experienced Area Manager and Sales Manager.
* Cover all our Essex store locations as needed, providing support and leadership across the region.
* Set and achieve ambitious sales and operational targets.
* Ensure outstanding customer service and elevate in-store experiences.
* Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Promote a positive, supportive work environment where your team can thrive.
* Collaborate with senior management to align with company goals and strategies.
Skills:
* Proven experience in store management, furniture retail is a plus, but not essential.
* A natural leader who can energise and manage diverse teams.
* Strong track record in driving sales and hitting KPIs.
* Organised, adaptable, and ready to take on a fast-paced, multi-site role.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites.
Experience:
* Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
* Experience in retail management: 1 year (required)
* Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's within a fast-paced retail environment
* Retail sales: 2 years (required)

Location:
The role's base location will be our Colchester outlet, located at 13 Moorside, Colchester, Essex CO1 2TJ, however, the successful candidate will be required to travel to multiple locations across Essex as needed.
Pay:
£50,000 - £60,000.00 per year OTE
