Your Key Responsibilities
* Resolve guest issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels as measured by our Net Promoter Score (NPS).
* Foster a positive team environment that reflects in our Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS).
* Oversee clean and fault-free (CAFF) matters and manage compensation to ensure fair outcomes.
* Document and prioritize tasks in collaboration with facilities and accommodation teams.
* Proactively address guest feedback to enhance their experience.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate leader with:
* Extensive experience in Guest Services or Customer Service.
* A strong background in conflict resolution and assisting dissatisfied guests.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different situations.
* Empathy and understanding to connect with guests and team members alike.
* Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
* Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
