* Optimize profitability, enhance reporting and support investment decisions across multiple sites.
* Partner closely with General Managers and functional leaders.
* Build capability across finance teams and create a more integrated, high‑performing group.
* Support Executive and Senior Leadership Teams in shaping future business direction.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a Finance Director in the hotel sector.
* Commercially minded with strong operational insight.
* Experience in an entrepreneurial, evolving business environment.
