Customer Team Member

Location: Compston Road, Ambleside, LA22 9DR

Pay: £12.30 per hour

Contract: 22.5 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: 3 varied shifts over 7 days including early mornings (from 6am), afternoons and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Role Responsibilities:

* Providing friendly and thoughtful customer service, responding to queries, and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
* Supporting colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensuring store safety and legality, including stock management and compliance with pricing, dating, and temperature standards.
* Introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Participating in community activities and events.
