We’re growing and we’re looking for an exceptional HR Specialist to join us on a full time, permanent basis.
✨ The Role:
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, supporting them with hands-on employee relations and wider people transformation work. This role blends day-to-day HR delivery with strategic cultural and organisational initiatives. Every day will be different and your impact will be tangible.
💡 What you’ll be doing:
* Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle
* Advise leaders on ER matters including investigations, grievances, absence, and conflict
* Deliver pragmatic, compassionate, legally-sound HR advice
* Develop and improve people policies and processes
* Coach managers to build confidence, capability, and high-performing teams
* Lead or support ER casework and maintain clear documentation
* Be the first-line HR support across client inboxes offering day to day and reactive advice
* Identify themes from ER cases and engagement data to inform culture improvements
* Support people transformation projects across leadership, culture, and wellbeing
* Create toolkits, workshops, and learning resources
* Stay current with UK employment law and modern people practice
âś… What you'll bring:
* Experienced in generalist HR, ER, advisory, or people operation
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Skilled at handling sensitive situations with empathy and clarity
* Confident working with multiple stakeholders including founders and senior leaders
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage ER caseload independently
* Driven by people-first culture and modern HR practice
* Adaptable, approachable, and collaborative
* Full UK Driving License

* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
* Consultancy or multi-client experience
* Coaching or facilitation skills
* HRIS knowledge
* A passion for culture, leadership, and wellbeing
* Experience working with Toggl Track and Toggl Plan
🌟 What you'll get:
* Up to ÂŁ40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + 27 days holiday + bank holidays
* Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. There will be some travel to clients offices across the North of the UK & London
* Work directly with experienced HR and people leaders and contribute to meaningful client impact across culture, retention, and performance
