The Role As a Graduate Renewable Energy Engineer, you will support the ongoing performance of commercial renewable energy assets. You will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers, gaining exposure to operations, maintenance, and client reporting. This role offers clear progression for someone keen to build technical and project coordination skills while contributing to high quality, safe asset management. Monitor operational renewable energy sites using online asset management systems Identify faults and performance issues across solar PV installations Review inspection reports and recommend practical solutions Coordinate data for maintenance scheduling and compliance obligations Prepare clear performance and fault reports for clients Liaise with engineers, landowners, clients, and external stakeholders Requirements Must Have Experience working with commercial solar PV operations or maintenance Methodical and process focused approach to technical work Strong communication and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting Full UK driving licence Nice to Have Understanding of the wider renewable energy sector CAD software experience Degree or qualification in renewable energy, engineering, or similar discipline Benefits and Perks The company takes a supportive and practical approach to employee wellbeing and development.
