Webbs Group is growing fast and we are ready to seriously raise the bar on our marketing.
We are a long established independent estate agency group operating across Residential Sales, Residential Lettings and Financial Services. We are expanding into new services and acquiring complementary businesses and we want our marketing to lead that growth not follow it.
We are now recruiting a Marketing Manager to build our marketing function from the ground up. This is a brand new role with real freedom, real influence and a clear pathway to Head of Marketing.

The opportunity
This is a true blank canvas role. In the early stages you will be hands on creating content, running campaigns, managing suppliers and reporting performance. As the business grows you will shape and build a marketing team around you.

What you will be doing
You will lead marketing across the entire group including creating and delivering a joined-up marketing strategy across Residential Sales, Residential Lettings and Financial Services.
Transforming how our properties are marketed using better visuals, stronger storytelling, video, virtual tours and drone footage.
Owning and growing our social media presence with Facebook as our primary channel alongside Instagram and TikTok.
Managing website content, SEO, local visibility and lead capture including Google Business Profile.
Planning and running digital advertising and lead generation campaigns that drive valuations, landlord enquiries, buyer, tenant leads and financial services opportunities.
Working closely with branch teams so marketing supports instructions, stock, priorities and local activity.
Managing photographers, videographers, designers and other external partners.
Tracking performance through clear KPIs, dashboards and ROI reporting and constantly improving results.
What we are looking for
Three to five years plus experience in a marketing role with strong digital and content capability.
Confident across social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing and analytics.
A balance of big picture thinking and hands on delivery.
A confident communicator who can work comfortably with Directors, branch teams and suppliers.
Estate agency experience is not essential. If you have a genuine passion for property and can show great marketing work we want to hear from you.
A full driving licence and willingness to travel locally for shoots, meetings and events.
Ambition, energy and the desire to grow into a senior leadership role as the business expands.
