A well-established and growing law firm in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Employment Law Fee Earner to join their busy and forward-thinking team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a mix of remote and office-based work, and is ideal for a solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of both claimant and respondent matters, advising individuals and businesses on the full range of employment law services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and expanding team where you’ll be trusted to run with an established caseload and contribute to the continued success of the department.
Requirements:
1. Qualified solicitor or legal executive (2–4 years PQE preferred)
2. Solid experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
3. Confident working autonomously and managing a full caseload
4. Proven ability to hit financial targets and engage in business development
