About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Consultant Social Worker to join our supportive and well-established team in Taunton, Somerset.
In this role, you will:
Lead assessments for 3-4 families, supported by a dedicated Team Around the Family
Build meaningful relationships to ensure fair, robust, and evidence-based outcomes
Collaborate with professionals including Clinical Psychologists, Family Support Workers, and Social Work Assistants
Develop your skills in supervision, intervention, and areas of personal interest through ongoing training and reflective practice

You will be based at Orchard House Family Services and our two residential centres, both located in Taunton, Somerset .
