I am looking for a Housing Disrepair Surveyor to join a local authority in the Birmingham area. The Housing Disrepair Surveyor will be responsible for managing the cases, ensuring an effective resolution. This is an initial 3 month contract.
Housing Disrepair Surveyor duties:
1. Manage a team of administrators
2. Attend the occasional court proceeding
3. Review the management of cases to ensure an effective resolution takes place
4. Develop training needs, process reviews and areas for improvement to minimise exposure to future claims
What is required for the Housing Disrepair Surveyor:
5. Experience in management
6. Knowledge surrounding disrepair claims
7. Experience in a similar role
8. Relevant qualifications
