The role
In this Income Officer role, you will be managing Petrus rent accounts (our charity supporting people with complex needs experiencing or at risk of homelessness) and contributing to the delivery of an effective and efficient income management service. You will focus on achieving collection targets, improving customer satisfaction, maximizing service users' income, promoting sustainable tenancies, and ensuring the financial stability of the Regenda Group.
You will ensure the customer voice is central to service delivery, using feedback from complaints and satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement, and ensuring all customers are treated fairly and with respect, recognizing their individual needs.
The right fit
* Experience supporting people with complex needs, including drug/alcohol dependency.
* Experience managing housing-related debt on a local level.
* Understanding of the rent recovery process, including laws around possession and welfare reform policies.
* Ability to meet performance indicators and targets through effective prioritization.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-centric approach and strong interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
