What you’ll be doing
as a Project Administrator
1. Project and office administration.
2. Coordinate activities across the team, provide & deliver reports, presentations & analysis of data to support meetings.
3. Support the Rail Engagement Lead and Street Work Coordinators in gathering access requirements. Support delivery through progress tracking and reporting.
4. Arrange and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and follow up on actions.
5. Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
6. Ensure full compliance with the Bentley Central Document Environment (BCDE) for all SRE project documentation
7. Deliver excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
8. Assist with Health and Safety activities across the team.
Location – Hybrid 2 days a week from a London or Thames Valley Office
Salary - £35,265 to £39,000 depending on experience
36 hours a week

What you should bring to the role
To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you’ll need are:
9. Experience working within a delivery-focused team and a good understanding of project delivery processes.
10. A self-starter with a calm, methodical and analytical approach.
11. Ability to “own the process” and be proactive with contractors.
12. Excellent communicator externally and internally. (Written, verbal, presentation skills)
13. Open and honest style, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to follow up and ask for answers.
14. Ability to mentor & transfer skills to others.
15. Good understanding of customer expectations and our customer base.
16. Working knowledge and Intermediate level of Office IT Systems. (including MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Outlook E-mail)
17. Problem solving, decision making in relation to planning tasks.
18. Database administration experience, including data entry and basic reporting.
Additional skills and experiences would be great to have/bring:
19. SAP / CRM experience would be ideal.
