Royal Primary Care have a team of over 170 people dedicated to our patients, working across 3 sectors covering Chesterfield, Clay Cross and Heanor. Our Nursing team are essential to ensuring that we always provide an outstanding level of nursing care to our patients. You will work collaboratively as part of our multidisciplinary (Heanor) team of clinicians to meet the needs of our patients, delivering the highest standards of patient care. You will undertake a diverse range of assessments and provide the appropriate care / treatment according to patient needs, striving to improve standards of care and enhancing nursing services within the practice. Depending on experience, contribution to the monitoring of Long-Term Chronic Disease management of our patients will also form a large part of the role.
