Founded in 2022, we combine science-led formulations from leading Korean laboratories with accessible luxury positioning. Our products deliver professional-grade actives with practical coverage solutions, and we have rapidly expanded to 350+ retail locations across the UK and Ireland while maintaining a strong D2C presence.
We operate at the cutting edge of performance marketing, running extensive creative testing programmes across Meta and other paid channels. Our in-house creative engine produces hundreds of ad variations monthly, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume, data-driven environment.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to cover maternity leave. You will own the creative strategy for our paid media channels, leading ideation, production workflows, and performance analysis. This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, manage high‑volume creative pipelines, and use AI tools to maximise output and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute creative strategy across paid social channels, with a focus on Meta
* Manage end‑to‑end creative production workflows capable of scaling to 500–600+ creatives per month
* Lead creative testing frameworks, analysing performance data to inform iteration and new concepts
* Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors, and UGC creators to produce high‑performing assets
* Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and production
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify creative opportunities
* Report on creative performance and present insights to the leadership team
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a similar role
* Proven track record of building and managing creative systems that scale (500+ creatives/month)
* Strong proficiency with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimisation (essential)
* Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and creative best practices for paid social
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable creative insights
* Experience in beauty, skincare, DTC, or e‑commerce brands is highly desirable
* Self‑starter mentality with excellent organisational and communication skills
Nice to Have
* Experience with TikTok Ads and emerging platforms
* Familiarity with UGC sourcing and influencer content workflows
