Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning. Maintain and improve financial policies, systems and controls. Manage annual audit prep and liaise with external stakeholders. Oversee VAT returns, funding claims, and all compliance with financial regulations. Support operational teams with financial insights and reporting. Manage and develop the finance team. Drive cost efficiencies and improve processes across the finance function.
