Our client is a family-owned business with over 30 years of history, producing premium textile products for major UK retailers and hospitality businesses from their Glenrothes facility. This is a small, close-knit team where the right attitude and willingness to build a long-term career matters as much as experience. What's on offer? Temporary position moving to permanent after 12 weeks Monday to Wednesday, 7:45am to 7:55pm and Thursday, 7:45am to 5:25pm 12.71 per hour - rising on moving to permanent employment As a Sewing Machine Operative, your duties will include: Operating industrial sewing machines to produce and finish textile products to a consistently high standard Working accurately to meet production specifications and quality requirements Supporting general production duties across the facility Maintaining a clean and organised working environment To be considered as a Sewing Machine Operative, you will need: Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines is advantageous A reliable, conscientious approach to work with good attention to detail The ability to work well within a small, close-knit team A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a skilled textile manufacturing environment Interested in this Sewing Machine Operative role?
