We are looking for a Revenue Manager for a growing group of boutique, country house hotels in England.
This newly created role requires an experienced Revenue Manager who is tech savvy and data led when it comes to decision making, with the ability to pick up on trends which will make a big difference to these small hotels.
You will need to be innovative in terms of your approach whilst also remaining strategic to optimise total revenue for each property.

The Role of the Revenue Manager
Apply disciplined revenue management techniques to maximise total revenue across Rooms, F&B, Spa and other revenue streams.
Execute pricing, inventory, availability, and restriction strategies (incl. stay restrictions, LOS checks, and stay-through optimisation).
Analyse conversion, booking patterns, rate performance, and channel contribution, providing recommendations to increase ADR, occupancy, and profitability.
Manage room availability across all distribution channels ensuring optimal inventory health.
Oversee channel management, including rate loading, mapping and inventory synchronisation across OTAs and GDS.
Conduct daily checks including pick up by segment, rate
You will have proven track record and experience of hotel or a cluster revenue management position within the UK market
A structured, process-driven professional with the ability to remain agile under pressure
Analytical mindset with the ability to read, formalise and ability to form a strategy based on big data sets
