Leisure Growth Manager - Fabulous Charitable Trust

Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for social impact?
We’re looking for a Leisure Growth Manager to lead commercial strategy across multiple leisure sites, unlocking new income streams while keeping community focus at the heart of everything.
You’ll be results-driven and data-obsessed—able to interpret P&Ls, footfall, and behavioural data to identify high-impact opportunities. You'll partner closely with Operations Managers and Marketing teams to ensure every site not only hits but exceeds its revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver a commercial growth plan across all leisure sites.
* Identify and implement pricing models and upsell strategies.
* Analyse performance data to inform decisions and highlight risks.
* Coach and challenge site teams to elevate their commercial performance.
* Launch and scale new revenue-generating initiatives.
* Collaborate on marketing campaigns that convert and deliver ROI.
* Manage and empower the Sales & Fitness Manager to drive standards.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience driving commercial growth across multiple sites or services.
* Expertise in data analytics, P&L analysis, and strategic planning.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills without micromanagement.
* Commercial mindset balanced with a commitment to accessibility and impact.
* Ability to think strategically and act decisively.
