Main Responsibilities:
1. To deliver the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards
2. To monitor and manage the Winsor Suite car park.
3. Maintain regular contact with the doorperson and other members of staff to ensure security is never compromised while Heathrow VIP service level standards are maintained.
4. To assist in coordinating the day to day running of the building forecourt, entrance/exits and liaising between VIP, staff and visitors to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.

7. Shift pattern of 4 on 2 off - Shift times -04:00 - 14:00 Early & 13:00 - 23:00 Late
