The Role
Were looking for a Growth Specialist with hands-on experience in the fitness industry ideally someone who has owned or managed a small-group training facility .
Youll use your in-the-trenches experience to coach other gym owners, helping them avoid common pitfalls, build strong systems, and grow their businesses.
Youll act as a coach, mentor, and accountability partner to gym owners who want to scale their impact and revenue ensuring each client sees real, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Coach & Guide Gym Owners
* Run weekly coaching and accountability calls with clients.
* Share real-world advice on sales, retention, and gym operations.
* Provide written and video follow-ups (Loom, Docs) to reinforce action steps.
Drive Client Results
* Support clients in implementing their 4-week front-end acquisition systems.
* Track key metrics (leads, conversions, retention) and hold clients accountable.
* Troubleshoot issues and offer proven solutions from your gym experience.
Build Relationships
* Create strong, supportive connections with gym owners.
* Keep clients engaged and motivated via calls, WhatsApp groups, and community initiatives.
* Celebrate wins and reinforce momentum across the client base.
Collaborate & Improve
* Work with the Gym Grow leadership team to refine frameworks and coaching tools.
* Provide feedback from the field to improve how we support gyms.
* Report on client progress and challenges weekly.
What Were Looking For
* Experience in gym ownership or management (strongly preferred).
* Solid understanding of gym sales processes, retention strategies, and team operations.
* Excellent communicator and coach confident on video, calls, and written updates
* Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
* Passionate about helping others succeed in the fitness industry.

36,000 annual salary.
Full-time role with flexible hours (within 95 UK).
