We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead and oversee our Epic EHR initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled PMO Manager with direct experience managing PMO functions for Epic EHR projects. You will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, governance, and reporting for multiple Epic implementations and optimisations, supporting senior leadership in decision-making and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the PMO function for Epic EHR projects, establishing processes, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
* Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
* Provide structured reporting and governance updates to executive stakeholders.
* Ensure alignment of Epic EHR projects with organisational strategy and NHS standards.
* Support project managers and teams in best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in a PMO Manager role for Epic EHR projects.
* Strong understanding of healthcare IT projects and NHS operational environments.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to implement PMO frameworks and provide actionable project insights.
Desirable:
* Experience with multiple Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare, Radiant, Resolute).
