The role is based in Mallusk, Belfast, with a hybrid working model (typically two days from home) and flexible hours to support work-life balance.
Your new role
As HR Programmes Manager, you’ll lead on the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of people-focused initiatives that enhance the colleague experience. This is a project-driven role where you’ll manage key HR programmes across areas such as talent management, reward, employee relations, engagement, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), and people analytics.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in supporting HR transformation projects, implementing digital HR systems, and driving organisational change. From leading engagement surveys and analysing insights to advising onplex ER casework, this role offers variety and impact in equal measure.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and delivering HR projects from design through to evaluation.
2. Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve the colleague experience across the employee lifecycle.
3. Driving initiatives in talent management, reward, EDI, and policy development.
4. Supporting the roll-out of digital HR systems and analytics tools.
5. Contributing to organisational design and change management programmes.
6. Providing expert HR advice on ER casework, including TUPE and organisational change.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be an experienced HR professional with strong project management skills and a proven ability to deliver impactful people initiatives in aplex, multi-site environment. You’ll be confident influencing senior stakeholders, managingpeting priorities, and using data to drive decisions.
Essential:
7. Degree or equivalent in HR, Business Management, or related field.
8. Proven experience managing and delivering HR/People-related projects.
9. Expertise in at least two areas such as Talent Management, Reward, Employee Relations, EDI, or Change Management.
10. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
11. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills.
12. Experience using HR systems and data analytics.
Desirable:
13. Chartered CIPD membership (or working towards).
14. Experience in a unionised environment.
15. Knowledge of HR transformation or digital HR systems (, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
16. Formal project management qualification.
17. Experience in a fast-paced,mercial environment.
