3. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
4. Process customer orders and update relevant systems accurately.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
6. Resolve customer issues effectively, providing suitable solutions when needed.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
8. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
9. Assist with administrative tasks related to the customer service department.
10. Support team efforts in achieving departmental goals and targets.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:
11. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
13. Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software.
14. A detail-oriented approach to work with excellent organisational skills.
15. The ability to work effectively in a temporary role with minimal supervision.
16. A positive attitude toward problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
