What We’re Looking For A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (MRTPI or working towards chartership preferred). At least 3 years’ professional experience in either the public or private sector. Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system and development management process. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and prioritise a varied workload. A proactive, motivated approach and a genuine interest in contributing to a positive team culture. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing and submitting high-quality planning applications, reports, and appeals. Providing commercial and strategic planning advice to a broad range of clients. Coordinating with technical consultants as part of wider project teams. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders. Representing client interests throughout the planning process and supporting the growth of the regional office.
