About you
You’re an experienced learning, culture, or organisational development professional who is passionate about creating environments where people can thrive. With a strong track record of shaping organisation‑wide learning strategies, you know how to translate business priorities into impactful development, engagement and cultural initiatives that genuinely make a difference to colleagues and volunteers.
You’re confident working with senior leaders, influencing decision making, and leading projects that strengthen organisational capability. You bring expertise in designing and delivering learning solutions, building leadership capability, and embedding values driven behaviours that support a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture.
Curious, collaborative and people‑centred, you thrive in a role where you can use insight, feedback and data to drive continuous improvement. You’re comfortable leading a team, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, and ensuring learning, culture and recognition programmes are aligned, effective, and financially well managed.
