CLASS 2 DRIVER
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 6AM/6.30AM STARTS
£17.00 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Keynsham, Bristol.

Rates of Pay:
* Basic: £17.00 per hour
Day to Day Duties
Your duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not be limited to:
* Operate and drive a brand new Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
* Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
* Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
* Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed
Essential Skills
As a Class 2 Driver you will need to:
* Hold a valid UK Category C Licence
* Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving Category C vehicles
* No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
* Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card
* Must be able to speak and read a good level of English
* Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills
* Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
* Effective communication skills
Desirable Experience
* Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial
* Previous experience in multi drop experience will be beneficial
Training
* Full training on delivery paperwork & processes will be provided
