Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, delivering high-quality commercial and residential fit-out projects. The role involves managing project costs from tender through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed margins.
Responsibilities
* Preparing cost plans, budgets, and tender documents
* Managing subcontractor procurement and valuations
* Cost control, variations, and change management
* Preparing interim valuations and final accounts
* Liaising with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
* Ensuring commercial compliance and risk management
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out or construction
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
