We are looking for an experienced Document Controller for our fantastic client in Weston Super Mare – this is an office based role Monday – Friday.
The Role
Reporting into the Operations Manager and working closely with Project Managers, Design Team you will ensure efficient document flow and compliance with Company and client standards.
Day to Day you will
* Create and maintain structured folders for project documentation to ensure standardisation
* Track document revisions
* Manage the submission, receipt and transmittal of documentation from internal teams, clients and subcontractors
Skills and Experience needed
* Excellent IT skills – all Microsoft programmes
* Experience working with ISO compliant documents
* Previous demonstrable experience in administration roles
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work with an office based team and remote teams
