Role: Business Change Consultant (Junior - Manager)
Day Rate: £450 - £650pd Outside IR35
Location: Central London twice weekly
Clearance required: ACTIVE SC clearance & NPPV2/3 (NPPV2 sponsorship available)
Duration:6 month Work Package (2 year programme)
Start date: April
We\'re hiring experienced Business Change professionals to support a major policing‑sector transformation programme, delivering cultural, behavioural and operational change via a consultancy in a high‑profile, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change planning, impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
* Develop communications, training and adoption plans.
* Support cultural change and embed new ways of working.
* Drive readiness and ensure successful implementation across workstreams.
What You\'ll Bring
* Proven experience in business change within large transformation programmes - Justice or Policing environments is advantageous
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills within a public‑sector or policing environment.
* A fresh outlook and pro-activity to deliver innovative solutions
Clearance
* Minimum: SC Clearance (essential)
* NPPV2 desirable - sponsorship available
