We are committed to providing a welcoming and efficient environment for all patients, carers and visitors. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
* Perform Electrocardiograms (ECGs).
* Fit Ambulatory Holter monitors and Blood pressure monitors.
* Assist with other clinical duties as required.
* Work autonomously and learn to recognise abnormal findings and escalate appropriately.
* Update and maintain local databases; input patient information into equipment; download results ready for analysis.
* Work closely with Cardiac Physiologists, assisting them in their clinical duties.
* Based in the new Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) building in Corby.
Work Schedule
Working days are Wednesday and Saturday, 9am – 5pm.
Training and Career Development
This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation within Cardiology with full training given, with potential for further opportunities within the department. Cardiac Investigations is a Physiologist-led service; opportunities may evolve to meet the needs of developing services.
