Customer Success Manager - Loughton, Essex - £30k + Commission
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship‑driven Customer Success Manager to support our customers throughout their journey and drive long‑term value. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Working closely with our sales and product teams, you’ll benefit from structured onboarding, coaching, and a supportive environment that empowers you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers across HR, operations, and C‑Suite stakeholders.
* Act as a strategic advisor—understanding customer goals, challenges, and opportunities to maximise value and retention.
* Monitor account health, proactively manage risks, and support renewal and upsell conversations.
* Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and track key customer metrics.
* Conduct account research and support customer‑focused initiatives, including events and feedback programmes.
Requirements
* Goal‑oriented, proactive, and confident engaging senior stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills, creative problem‑solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Experience with MS Office and Salesforce is essential.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts while consistently meeting targets.
