Your responsibilities include maintaining the property's facilities, managing the maintenance team, and ensuring timely completion of jobs to meet guest expectations. Painting & decorating skills are a plus but not essential.
You will proactively complete daily tasks and preventative maintenance with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things. You must work to deadlines, liaise confidently with contractors, and prioritize health and safety. Organisation, good communication, and experience in hotel maintenance are required, with knowledge of electrics and safety being beneficial.
