The Role
We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to elevate our brand across client-facing and internal content. This is a high-impact role working closely with leadership, marketing, and consultants to shape how Hlx shows up in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing high-quality pitch decks and PowerPoint presentations for clients and candidates
* Creating engaging LinkedIn visuals and supporting content for posts
* Producing marketing materials (digital and print) for campaigns and events
* Supporting branding across internal documents and external communications
* Collaborating with consultants to bring market insights to life visually
* Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
* Strong portfolio showcasing presentations, social content, and marketing materials
* High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
* Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
* Ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging visuals
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
* Experience in recruitment, life sciences, or B2B environments
* Basic copywriting skills (especially for LinkedIn/social content)
