Customer Service Advisor role at TieTalent (Office Based)
Location: On-site in Ringwood (BH24 1EX)
Pay: £12.30 per hour + £300 performance bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week (including weekends)
Start Dates: 22 September 2025 or 13 October 2025
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering exceptional service across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, social media)
* Handling orders, product recommendations, and delivery queries
* Meeting performance targets for efficiency, quality, and adherence
* Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Sugggesting process improvements to enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Essential Skills & Experience:
o Excellent written and verbal communication
o Proven ability to meet KPIs and resolve customer issues
o Proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
o A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Desirable:
o Experience mentoring or coaching within a team
o Familiarity with Elucid and Vocalcom systems
o Understanding of GDPR and contact centre compliance
* Written Communication Excellence:
o Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically via email and live chat
o Adapt tone and language to suit different audiences
o Manage multiple chat conversations with accuracy
o Personalise responses while maintaining brand consistency
