Progression to Supervisor or Assistant Manager Possible

City of London (Close to major transport links)
Hours:
Monday to Friday only – No weekends or late nights!
Career Progression:

Qualifications
As Bar Staff:
* Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Deliver friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
* Follow all licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
* Support team members during busy periods.
* Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
With Supervisor Potential:
* Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
* Lead by example during shifts, particularly during peak times.
* Monitor stock levels and support ordering processes.
* Step in to oversee operations in the absence of the Bar Manager.
* Contribute to improving service, efficiency, and team morale.
* Help enforce company standards and procedures.
