Brief
Shift Workplace Technician needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Shift Workplace Technician that takes pride in their work.
The successful candidate must have a basic understanding of L8 or willingness to be trained and come from an M&E / / Fabric Handyman background. If you have any carpentry/building/general qualifications in building services that will be a bonus!

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Shift Workplace Technician will include:
1. Provide assistance to the Engineering Team as directed, including out-of-hours work when required.
2. Support compliance and statutory inspections, fabric maintenance, reactive repairs, and FCU maintenance.
3. Assist with furniture moves & changes, meeting room setups, event management, exhibitions, and flat pack furniture assembly.
4. Undertake painting, decorating, shelving erection, and installation of power and data cabling.
