Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising waste to optimise kitchen efficiency.
Skills
* Proven supervising experience within a kitchen environment.
* Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
* Culinary experience with a passion for cooking and creativity in dish development.
* Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of fast-paced environments.
