The Role: As Lead Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of strategic change programmes across business and finance domains. You’ll manage a team of project professionals and engage senior stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of transformation objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead large-scale change and finance transformation projects from initiation through to delivery. Provide direct line management and leadership to project managers and analysts. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across business units to align goals and ensure delivery success. Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting across complex programmes. Essential Requirements: London Market insurance experience is mandatory – candidates without this experience will not be considered. Proven track record in leading complex change and/or finance transformation programmes. Strong leadership skills with hands-on line management experience.
