What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading from the front, developing new business and managing key client relationships
- Coaching and motivating a team of Account Managers, New Business Managers, and SDRs
- Owning and executing the go-to-market strategy for a growing MSP portfolio
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to launch new services
- Managing the sales pipeline and driving conversion from lead to revenue
- Creating a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
- Staying ahead of trends in the MSP and cybersecurity markets
