Full-Time Position (40 hours per week) – Night
shifts typically working between 8:30 pm and 7:00 am, including
weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

warmth, pride and purpose. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night
Auditor to become part of our Front Office family, ensuring seamless
overnight operations and outstanding guest care.
Your role in our family:
* Provide
a warm, professional welcome to guests during overnight hours
* Carry
out night audit procedures, accounting and reconciliation procedures, including
balancing daily transactions and reports
* Ensure
accuracy of guest accounts, postings, and billing
* Handle
late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries efficiently
* Maintain
security and safety of guests and the property during the night
* Act
as the main point of contact for guests and emergencies overnight
* Liaise
closely with the evening Duty Manager to receive a full handover and
prepare effectively for night operations
* Prepare
reports for the morning Front Office and Management teams
* Maintain
cleanliness and organisation of the Front Desk and lobby areas
* Carry out any required overnight security duties in
a professional and vigilant manner
* Support
other departments as required to ensure smooth overnight hotel operations
What would make you the perfect fit?
* Previous
experience in a Night Auditor or Front Office role is preferable
* Strong
numerical accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent
customer service and communication skills
* Professional
integrity, reliability, and a calm, confident manner
* Ability
to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
* Familiarity
with Opera or similar hotel systems is a plus
* Flexibility
to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
