Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Team Leader – Order Processing Team for a well-established manufacturing company based in the Hamilton area. Due to the location, applicants must be able to drive with their own transport. This is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 8am–5.30pm. Following successful completion of training and probation, hybrid working is available (2 days from home, 3 days in the office). Team Leader Job Responsibilities: Lead and support the Order Processing team to meet daily targets and service levels. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development support. Take phone calls from customers and deal with enquiries. Liaise with other depots within the business. Support the sales reps and technical team. Act as the first point of contact for escalated customer or order issues. Ensure consistent and accurate order processing using the SAGE system. Assist in onboarding and training of new team members. Support management in reporting and continuous process improvement. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a customer-facing role/Team Leader role Good telephone manner. Ability to work within a team.
