Atlas FM is looking to recruit a Contract Manager to oversee the daily management of a key contract and lead a dedicated onsite cleaning team.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Contract Manager, you will:
o Lead and support your team to deliver high cleaning standards, ensuring contract requirements are met.
o Conduct regular audits using Atlas’ digital systems to maintain quality and compliance.
o Work closely with clients, ensuring exceptional service and resolving any concerns promptly.
o Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate cover for holidays and absences.
o Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
o Train and develop staff, supporting their growth within Atlas.
o Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance across all operations.

A commitment to delivering the best possible service.
The right to work in the UK (please bring proof to your interview).
o An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
